Welcome to Stafford Connecticut:

Stafford Shining Stars
At its core, Meals on Wheels prepares and delivers nutritious meals to our neighbors who are unable or have difficulty preparing food for themselves. Outwardly, the program is pretty straightforward - the distribution of both hot and cold food to the hands of homebound seniors who need it most. However, more than just meals, the service is also a lifeline for socialization and companionship.
Upcoming Meetings
SCADA Initiative
The Stafford Coalition Against Drug Abuse – SCADA - is an active alliance working to reduce and prevent substance use and abuse in the Town of Stafford and neighboring communities.

“No-Shave November” update

During the month of November members of the Stafford Police participated in “No-Shave November”, which is a web-based, non-profit organization devoted to growing cancer awareness and raising funds to support cancer prevention, research, and education. Each day, 22,000 people die from cancer worldwide. There's a good chance that someone you know and love will be affected by this disease. Nearly half of cancer diagnoses and deaths are preventable. No-Shave November's mission is to not only raise funds for cancer research and treatment but to educate the population about preventative measures. Several members grew beards during November and the team page raised a total of $3920 towards No-Shave November. We look forward to doing this again next year. Below is a picture of some of the Stafford Police members. Pictured below from left to right is Officer Greg Ray, Sgt. James Kodzis, K9 Loki, Officer Jose Martinez, and ACO Gary Wilson. Missing from the photo are Connecticut State Police Trooper First Class Michael Buck and Sgt. James Desso [More Information]
